🟠Our New Safety Measures ðŸŸ
The safety of our team and customers has always been paramount however we have added lots of additional measures into all of our businesses to allow for a safe reopening, once allowed to do so.
We have introduced lots of changes to allow for social distancing and all round safe operating procedures. Here are some of the main changes you will see onsite -
🟠Our sessions will run with a heavily reduced capacity and our sessions will now start every hour to reduce the amount of people in breifing area, receptions and on activities. Sessions will last 45 minutes .
🟠Our intensive deep cleaning schedules will continue to be adhered to and reviewed on an ongoing basis once operations recommence.
🟠Santisting stations will be located throughout all acitvities for customers to use.
🟠The venues will be treated overnight with our new defusers that fill the room with a disinfectant fog, killing any bacteria present and continuing to do so for 24 hours.
🟠All surfaces will continue to be disinfected throughout the day.
🟠We have reconfigured the flow of activity so customers will now enter via our one way system which is clearly marked this again reducing the amount of guests in one area.
🟠Markers on the floor will aid social distancing both on and off activity areas.
🟠All seating plans have been reconfigured to allowed for social distancing with perspex sneeze guards in place where necessary.
🟠We have adopted a table service only -avoiding any queues at the food counters and unnecessary contact with staff.
🟠All of our team will complete refresher training courses and Fit To Work Questionaires before returning to work.
🟠We will be continue to operate 15minute clean downs were our team will disinfect all common touch points within their work &play zone.
🟠We are strongly advising all customers to book prior to visiting in an effort to help control the total number of visitors onsite.
🟠We have new guidelines for parties and large groups
🟠We ask any customers who are feeling unwell or have been in direct contact with anyone who is unwell to refrain from visiting the venue.
